What innovative business models are emerging that offer the greatest opportunities for partnership between Russia and the UAE? What practical steps and strategies have allowed Russian startups that have already entered foreign markets, including the UAE, to achieve success? How can technological cooperation drive the future of both economies?
Russia-UAE economic cooperation has all the prerequisites in place to reach a new level of qualitative growth. The two countries are taking advantage of a wide range of strategic prospects. The dynamic development of the bilateral partnership covers key areas such as trade, investment, energy and technology, and has created a solid foundation for long-term sector integration of the economies of the two countries.
How can we ensure a qualitative leap in economic cooperation between Russia and the UAE? Which industry sectors will become the new drivers of growth? What is the potential in trade, investments, and technology transfer? How will the Russia-UAE Business Council and its partners from Russia and the UAE ensure this potential is realized?
The UAE is an increasingly important trading hub with the potential to significantly increase trade turnover between the CIS countries and the regions of the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The Economic Partnership Agreement on Services and Electronic Payments (SEPA) between the UAE and the EAEU, signed in June 2025, will further simplify cross-border transactions and reduce barriers to trade. Russia and the UAE have unique opportunities to jointly develop new export corridors and logistics routes.
The Forum will address such questions as: What joint initiatives of Russia and the UAE are laying the foundation for new transit corridors? How do multimodal solutions help redirect global commodity flows? What practical measures will make it possible to diversify bilateral trade and increase trade turnover? What successfully completed and ongoing projects can be used to build further cooperation in trade and logistics? How can the two countries simplify cross-border transactions and lower trade barriers?
