The Russia–UAE Business Council represents a fundamentally new stage of Russian-Emirati cooperation. In recent years we have seen a manifold increase in the interest of companies from both countries in undertaking joint projects.
Having spent significant time in the Emirates, I see with my own eyes how Russian companies are actively exploring opportunities to enter the UAE market and, through it, the entire MENA region. Emirati investors and businesses are increasingly viewing Russia as an attractive destination for investment and technological partnership.
The time has come, however, to accelerate this potential with systemic infrastructure. Not a platform for discussion, but a living business foundation with concrete tools and operations. This is exactly why i am proud to announce the complete relaunch of the RUBC activities in a new format.
The Council turns the potential of Russia–UAE cooperation into concrete results.
We’re creating an operational infrastructure for businesses of both countries: from export channels and investment platforms to technology acceleration programs.

The RUBC connects Russian exporters with importers in the UAE and is actively developing the UAE as an export hub. We’re working in both directions to facilitate entry of Emirati exports to the Russian market and beyond.
The RUBC is building project portfolios in priority sectors, connecting companies with co-investors, and helping to structure deals and mitigate risks.
The RUBC is currently launching the UAE–Russia Industrial Innovation Track, the first bilateral platform for acceleration linking Russian technology companies with leading hubs in the UAE.
The RUBC is the initiator and sponsor of the annual UAE–Russia Business Forum and runs the business programme at GITEX, ADIPEC, World Food Moscow and other major industry events in Russia and the UAE.
The RUBC brings together businesses and regulators in dedicated Sector Committees to remove barriers and advance concrete solutions for industrial cooperation.
